Google

Hey Google, let’s make it all.

Teaming up with variety of Google brands/products such as Duo, Chrome, Search, Pixel, Assistant and more, life at Google was truly an immersive experience of the Google brand from concept to execution. Each project, although completely different executions, was rooted in the brand’s foundations of: putting people first, a brand “for everyone,” and keeping it simple.

ARCore Video for I/O 2022

Google’s annual I/O Conference is one of their biggest events of the year where developers and consumers all around the world tune in to witness what Google is up to.

For the 2022 conference, we were tasked with creating a video that showcased the ARCore team’s latest tech, Geospatial API, which allows developers to explore and interact with the world in new, seemingly magical ways. The 3D graphics and animation was all done in-house. We even had to execute a scrappy shoot to capture additional footage at the Ferry Building in SF. The video was showcased at the I/O conference and featured in PR blog posts.

Shot with a Pixel

The Pixel product team approached us to help them show off the power and distinct features of the Pixel camera for the phone release campaigns. From shooting in LA and NY, for consecutive days, we were able to capture powerful shots of everyday moments all shot on a Pixel phone. The assets captured were used globally at Google’s launch events and in all media platforms for the Pixel release campaigns.

Wearable Tech Hype Video

For years, the Google Product team have been working on wearable tech and are close to releasing their version of smart glasses that allows users to take pictures, ask for directions, check their calendars, and even get live translations. This video was all shot and edited in-house by my team and served as a hype video for all of Google employees to get excited for what’s to come with the smart glasses launch.

Google Cloud Showcase

We had the unique and challenging opportunity to create an online demo that provided a place for hundreds of thousands of Next audience members to experience and interact with Google Cloud. We gamified this digital showcase to be “Sims-like” so it was highly engaging and interactive which enhanced the hands-on learning experience for users. This demo appeared onsite at Google’s Next event where thousands joined in attendance.

Google Search UK Campaign

The UK was performing behind the US in Search engagement so this campaign aimed to increase sustained user engagement by focusing on search verticals with high query volumes like; Sports, Local, and Entertainment. The campaign hinged on only using UGC content to better connect with the consumers. The various banners and social content created were launched in the UK during the 2019 Q3/Q4 season.
